New Music Video Exclusively on Space City Rock!!!!

AVATL-STILL

You are familiar with “Lawrence of Arabia” right? The sweeping locations, the majestic cinematography, David Lean’s grand direction, Peter O’Toole and Omar Sharif’s iconic roles? Well, this is nothing like that. No, this is our newest video – one we made by the over the course of a beer (and other substances our legal department prefers we not discuss) fueled Sunday afternoon – for our upcoming 3-CD Module Anthology, “Assault on the Vault of the Ancient Bonglords” .

The video follows Charles the Naked who, frustrated by the D&D module “Conan Unchained,” finds a world of adventure (and surprisingly no women) as he leads the quest to obtain the bong of power from the sleeping ancient bonglords. Guests include Robert McCarthy of From Beyond as one of the bonglords and some ninja dude as well as Stevie Sims of Burn the Boats in a multitude of roles including a Wizard, a bonglord, an assassin, and some dude with some eyeball creature sticking out of his back… I dunno he was pretty drunk by that last one.

If you follow me on Vimeo you’ve likely seen the image above of Robert McCarthy (From Beyond), Stevie Sims (Burn the Boats), and Steve as the sleeping, ancient bonglords  locked as a private video for a few days now.  Why is that?  Well, because Space City Rock, one of the granddaddy’s of the Houston music blogs, is exclusively screening this video on their site beginning today!!!  Jeremy Hart of Space City Rock has been a wonderful supporter over the years and we wanted to show some love to his site by giving him the exclusive and he was pretty happy to post it.

Friday we’ll unlock our Vimeo feed of the video but for today, this is the only place you can see the video!!!  So Check it out!

Remember we will be doing a free in-store at Cactus Music and hopefully have the modules ready by then (it’s at the printers so we’re just hoping they get back in time).  Also, we will post the theme to “Assault from the Vault of the Ancient Bonglords” here soon for everyone to download (It’s Christmas, baby! That’s how we roll!) .  Also expect the digital downloads of the anthology to also be up some time next week.
